Reading Habits is an indie zine* that’s all about books. Written, designed, and published by book critic, writer, and former BuzzFeed Books editor Arianna Rebolini, monthly issues will include features like in-depth book reviews, recommendation lists, author interviews, and quizzes. One of my core goals is to keep Reading Habits accessible to as many book lovers as possible, regardless of their financial situations. Multiple subscription options will always be available—each one equally, heartily appreciated.
For full transparency, each zine costs roughly $5.50 to make and send:
2oz. letter postage: $1.11 (Canada: $3.30)
Printing: $3.50
Incidentals (envelopes, fees): $1.00
In order to allow subscribers to choose their price, we need to use a little workaround by subscribing via donation form. (This is also good because periodicals are tax exempt!) Find three suggested tiers below, along with a space for custom amounts.
